Getting your statements: every UK banking app exports them. Look for
"Export", "Download transactions" or "Statements". CSV is fastest to process; the monthly
PDF statements your bank emails you work too. More history = a better audit.
Where your data goes: your files are processed in memory, never written to disk,
and everything is deleted within 24 hours. Transaction descriptions and amounts are sent to
Anthropic's Claude API for categorisation (the API does not train on your data). No accounts,
